Let's be honest: even as a registered dietitian, I struggle to get enough greens into my diet. Yes, there are "hacks" for slipping them in, such as blending spinach into a smoothie or incorporating pureed broccoli into a meatloaf. (I tried it, and my meatloaf-loving husband wasn't thrilled by the green-tinged meat).
Bloom Greens & Superfoods Powder has recently garnered popularity on TikTok, while not being a new product in general. A fast search on TikTok for Bloom Greens produced thousands of results. And, while I was thrilled to find several reputable publications on the product from certified dietitians, there are also many "influencers" who claim it has numerous benefits that it cannot reasonably have.

How Do Bloom Greens Taste.
To begin, I must say that I have never encountered a green powder that I liked. A lot of them taste like drinking grass that is very bitter. I don't like it. I did, however, get a mix pack of Bloom to try for this piece. The pack included 15 individually wrapped sticks in three flavors: coconut, mango, and berry.
Can Bloom Greens Help Me Lose Weight.
Bloom Greens makes no stated claims concerning weight reduction; nevertheless, the claim is inferred when the inventor states she dropped over 100 pounds and that the goods were part of her trip. There are also several movies of people saying that it helps them lose weight.
The bottom line is that there is no scientific proof to back the claim that it can aid with weight reduction. Nothing in any green pill can help you lose weight unless you change your food and lifestyle. Bloom Greens, like other green powders, is a mix of fruits, veggies, and superfoods that include a variety of vitamins and minerals necessary for general health.
